Behind the Brand
Developed by a software engineer and marketing professional duo, Palace is a reaction to what’s currently on the marketplace for web analytics tools. We thought, “This sucks. We could do better, and everyone deserves better”, so they did.
Using tools like Google Analytics only made understanding data more difficult and pushed back timelines for making quick decisions. On top of that, they hardly offer customer support, their scripts slow down user sites, and metrics aren’t real-time.
