Palace Analytics provides privacy-first web analytics software. This policy explains how we handle the personal data of our customers and visitors to palaceanalytics.com. For information on data collected about the visitors to your website, see our Data Policy.
We use our own Palace Analytics script to collect anonymous, aggregate usage data about visitors to palaceanalytics.com. No personal data is collected and no cookies are used. You can review exactly what is tracked in our Data Policy.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store or have access to your card details. We use your email address to send transactional messages: account confirmation, password resets, billing receipts, and important service notices. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. When you contact support, we retain those communications to resolve your issue and improve the service.
We use your data exclusively to provide and improve Palace Analytics. We do not use it for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the service. We never sell your personal data — never have. We share data only with a limited set of trusted third-party providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, payments, and email delivery), each bound by a data processing agreement.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You may delete your account at any time — all of your site analytics data is permanently deleted immediately.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct any inaccuracies, or request deletion of your data at any time. You may also request that we delete all of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.
